i have a closet full of shoes from cole haan to channel; these are my favorites! they are comfortable and they don’t look to bad. no . . . they aren’t very stylish, but i’m way beyond that now

It was a terrible experience. Shoes were misslabeled out of the warehouse and ended up in Galesville, IL. I called on 5/9/09 to find out where they were. I called UPS and got the info. No one at Amazon called me. After getting it sorted out, I got a measly 10% discount for shoes ordered on 4/26/09 and arrived on 5/11/09. I don’t know if you would ever have figured out that the shoes went to the wrong place.

these are probably my favorite shoes. i always have to wear socks or stockings to prevent rubbing with any shoes. not these. i put them on and walked all afternoon in absolute comfort. what a joy.
